I am a self proclaimed menopausal Queen, corporate witch and passionate about life! This is a space I use for therapy for myself but also hope that along the way I can help, influence, guide or just take your hand and say "you see you are not alone" I tell stories, make sure that every day is a party and try and bring sunshine into my own life and yours! Stories born from pain. From fear. From disappointment. From survival. But your past is not a prison. It is part of your roots. You do not need to erase what has happened. You do not need to deny the chapters that shaped you. Healing is not forgetting. It is integrating. It is allowing your experiences to become wisdom instead of limitation. Power instead of shame. Presence instead of protection. At any moment, you can choose again. Choose the energy you wish to embody. Choose the story you wish to live. Choose the version of yourself you are ready to become now. Because your energetic DNA is not fixed. It is alive. Moving. Evolving with every conscious breath, every aligned choice, every truth you dare to embody. You are not rewriting who you were. You are reclaiming who you have always been beneath the conditioning, the fear, the masks. Breathe deeply. Stand fully in your truth. And allow your energy to speak before you do. ✨
