Michelle Geber, Chateau Tanunda : Develop multiple channels to personalise the relation with consumers

In this episode my guest is Michelle Geber, Managing Director of Chateau Tanunda an Australian vineyard in the Barossa region. Also she explains how different sales channels and creating wine clubs allow them to create more intense and personal relationships with their consumers.
