Gill Whitty-Collins on Strengths-Based Leadership & How to make Gender Inequality History

Gill Whitty-Collins is a Consultant, Board Chair, expert in business & Brand building and former Senior Vice President at the consumer goods giant P&G where she led the Beauty Care business in EMEA. She is also a self-confessed "Gender Equality warrior" and published author of the book published author of the book "Why Men Win at Work." 

In this interview Gill talks about some of the personal leadership lessons she learned during her successful 26-year career at P&G, and what drove her to take a stand to make gender inequality history.
