By the time the sun goes down, not a single cloud has been caught, and yet nobody in the whole town could possibly call the day a failure, because it was bursting with laughter from the very first throw right through to the very last. Not one of her wild schemes actually works, but the whole town laughs along with her every single time.

It teaches a child, ever so gently, that it is perfectly all right to get things wrong, as long as you had a wonderful time trying.
