Catherine is a professor and researcher in Strategy at IÉSEG School of Management.  

“Strategy without an action plan is useless”. “Strategy is not something an organization owns, but rather something an organization does and experiences” - these are the words you will hear frequently from Catherine.  

She co-authored a book in French with Nicolas Hennon, Former CEO of KIABI, entitled "Transforming your company by combining strategy and humanism - Dare to use the Yellow Brick Road method" (Follow this link to learn more about it).  

What is the Yellow Brick Road method? Why does it refer to the Wizard of Oz? Why do we need to understand the concept of change in our ever-evolving era?
