Christian - Morgon Coffee Roasters

We spent part of the afternoon at Morgon Coffee Roasters, while founder Christian and his team were busy roasting and bagging their new coffees.

Sharing a hot cup together we then discussed about sustainability, the future of specialty coffee and what really matters to Morgon. And, for Christian, it's simple: specialty coffee, beyond the score, is above all a human story.
