Bjørnar - Fuglen Coffee Roasters

In Oslo we met Bjørnar Hafslund, the head of Fuglen. After a day's drive from Gothenburg, he was waiting for us to share a dinner. We then went to the brand's roasting and coffee shop to get his opinion on specialty coffee and its definition.

Together we discussed about specialty coffee and how it should evolve today, as consumers are increasingly aware of the social and environmental issues affecting the producers of their favourite products, starting with coffee.
