Blazej & Rasmus - Prolog Coffee

Blazej, head roaster and sourcing manager was waiting for us together with Rasmus, sales manager. Since 2016, the Danish roaster's ambition has been clear: to give its customers the best possible coffee experience.

While the direction taken to achieve this goal was initially exclusively that of quality, they now will to bring transparency about sustainability at the farm level and the future of the producers.
