#11 Holly Bradshaw [EN] - Overcoming body shaming to win an Olympic medal
My guest today is Holly Bradshaw, the British record holder in the pole vault. Holly won a bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics.
In our conversation, Holly told me about the challenge of being so good so young and about her love for sport psychology. She also opened up about the post-olympic blues she experienced after the Rio Olympics, and about her fight for women’s right to wear what they want when competing.
